Can you conduct classes off-site?

Yes, our experienced Chefs are available for hire to conduct cooking classes or demonstrations at your desired location. Please email us at journey@anattaca.sg, drop us an enquiry form here, or Whatsapp us to know more.

What type of drinks are available? Can we bring our own spirits & alcohols?

Complimentary unlimited servings of coffee, tea, or hot chocolate and orange juice for the young ones, and water, will be served. We also have a menu of wines for your choosing at an additional cost. Should you wish to bring your own bottles of spirits and alcohols, there is a corkage charge per bottle.

Will there be anyone on site to assist me with the equipment?

Can I request for lowered sugar or sodium in the recipes? Can I request to remove certain items in a recipe due to a dietary or religious restriction? Can I customise the menu?

We are happy to accommodate healthier requests for our menus. However, please note that in order to respect the culinary creations of our Chefs, we are unable to deviate too far from the original recipes.
